Lake Travels

Many people already know this about us, but we have family that live at Lake Almanor. So, we get to go up there throughout the summer and have lots of fun for short periods at a time. The number of experiences we have had over the years up at Lake Almanor is quite ridiculous. (In 2023, we got stuck on the lake for several hours before someone was able to rescue us. Well, specifically Crisi was ON the lake while Kim was IN the lake…. but that’s a story for another time.)

No matter how many adventures, both good and bad, happen to us…. we can’t seem to stay away from Lake Almanor. Don’t worry, we like Lake Tahoe, too! However, Lake Almanor was the first lake we were able to visit on a regular basis in our lives, so we tend to prefer going there first.

Something that we have found over the years is that there is a lot of information missing or incorrect out there about lakes in general. Most people focus on what is in front of them and that is it. We love what is in front of us at the lake, but we know there is so much more! So, we aim to educate people on various things related to our lake travels. It will consist of videos and posts here and on other websites.

If you love Lake Almanor, though, then you might like our YouTube channel that streams every day (when we remember to turn it on). It’s a static video, but it’s still a really beautiful view. You can check that out daily at our Lake Almanor Cam called Living At the Lake. It was pretty much set up for the family members that cannot be there to have access to the view when they want, but we like to share it with others as well. There is no sound for the protection of the people that live there. We also turn the camera off when there is a concern for privacy for certain people or events. Make sure if you like the stream, though, to subscribe to that channel so we can grow it and keep it up as long as possible!

Eason Twins

We are the Eason Twins! We live in Sparks, NV and have been here most of our lives. Both of us have businesses of our own, but we also help other businesses get started or overcome obstacles. We have a variety of projects that we work on throughout the year and rotate based on what is possible at the time. (We don't work on outdoor activities much if there is 4 feet of snow in the way!). Look around the site and see if you find something that will help you out, or feel free to contact us if you are in need of some help for your business. We also have a local boutique in the Painted Tree in Sparks if you want to try to catch up with us!
